Living in Queensland Exhibition Masterplan

Client: Queensland Museum

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Completed: 2008

Convergence prepared the concept masterplan for the development of a major new exhibit, ‘Living in Queensland’, at the Brisbane Southbank campus of the Queensland Museum.

The exhibit was planned as a focal point for visitors to explore the history of Queensland through the stories of the people who lived and worked across the state. In an innovative approach to the presentation of history exhibits Convergence proposed that the exhibit follows the concept of 6 degrees of separation, linking people, events and stories across the state by who knew who!
