Little Lon - Urban Workshop

Independent of this Museum Victoria project, Convergence was commissioned by Markus Fahkry of the Urban Workshop Project Executive Group and Multiplex to undertake the detailed design and implementation of heritage displays for the foyer of the Urban Workshop Project. The displays drew on objects recovered from Heritage Victoria’s Little Lonsdale Street archaeological excavation which the building abuts and a sculptural interpretation by artist Rosslynd Piggott.
Jenni Klempfner was the exhibition producer responsible for the development of the iconic Melbourne Story exhibition at Melbourne Museum.
The installation consisted of five individual components flowing through the foyer from Lonsdale Street to Little Lonsdale Street.
